Accident Description
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding a road accident that occurred on 11 September 2026 at approximately 4:26 PM at Navi Mumbai Corporation Square Signal, Navi Mumbai.
While I was driving my vehicle MH 46 CV 5829, another vehicle bearing registration number MH-06-BM-6774 collided with my vehicle, resulting in significant damage to my car.
I have original dashcam footage recording the incident, in which the other vehicle and its registration number are visible. I also have video/photo evidence showing the damage caused to my vehicle.
I contacted the concerned driver regarding the damage and requested him to bear the repair expenses, but he has refused to pay/compensate for the damage.
I therefore request the police to kindly take my complaint on record, verify the dashcam footage and vehicle details, investigate the incident and take appropriate action as per law. I am ready to provide the original video footage, photographs, vehicle documents, insurance details and repair estimate as required.
